Can I pay for the booking directly at the hotel?
Yes. For some rates, you can pay directly at the hotel upon your arrival.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. Most rates let you cancel or change the booking up to 24 hours before the date of arrival. If you’ve booked a stay with a non-refundable rate, please get in touch with the hotel to try to find a solution.
Are there any cancellation fees for bookings?
Cancellation fees will depend on the rate booked. For bookings where cancellation is possible, no cancellation fees will apply until 24 hours before the date of arrival.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Unfortunately we do not accept pets in our hotel.
Are there any family rooms?
The hotel has connecting rooms for families.
Is it possible to request extra beds?
Some rooms have a sofa that can sleep children up to 5 years of age. You can also request cots for Superior Rooms, Superior Deluxe Rooms, Suites and Grand Suites.
What documents are required for check-in?
You’ll need to show an ID document (national ID card or passport) and a credit card to guarantee payment for any extra charges incurred during your stay.
Does the hotel offer airport transfers?
Yes. We work with several companies that specialise in transportation to and from the Barcelona airport.
What are the benefits of booking directly through the hotel’s website?
By booking the room directly through our website, you get:

What time is check-in? What about check-out? Is it possible to get an early check-in or late check-out?
Check-in is from 15.00 onwards and check-out is before 12.00. All other options are available upon request and subject to availability.
How can I get to the hotel? Is there free parking available?
The hotel does not have its own parking facility but we can recommend different parking facilities near the hotel where you can park your car.
Are there are any smoking areas?
The hotel’s terraces are the only smoking areas.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is only included in some rates.
Does the room rate include taxes?
The room rate is VAT inclusive. But the tourist tax must be paid separately.
Does the hotel offer massage services?
We have a massage room where you can enjoy different massages and body treatments. The service is available upon request.
